MASSAGE TECHNIQUES
There are six massage techniques: Kneading, Tapping, Kneading & Tapping, Shiatsu, Shoulder Grasp and 4D. The massage has five adjustable speeds. When using the Shiatsu or Tapping mode, the Aura massage hand adjusts to five different widths

4D Massage
4D Massage technology provides a deeper and much more intense massage which maximises the benefit of the massage and the relaxation. 4D Massage's are also adjustable meaning you can control the intensity to best suit your tolerance.

Shiatsu
The Shiatsu is a traditional Japanese massage that works with the body's energy flow. It uses acupressure to release tension and bring balance to the body which is linked to better mood's and relaxation.

Shoulder Grasp
The shoulder grasp has multiple health benefits which include; recovery of muscle soreness, reduced migraines and eye strain, improved mood and a strengthened immune system.

Tapping & Kneading
A combination massage that aims to access your body's energy while stretching out your muscles to provide stress relief and a more relaxed state through muscle flexibility.

Tapping
Tapping helps you access your body's energy and sends signals to the part of the brain that controls stress. Stimulating the meridian points through tapping can reduce stress and negative emotion.

Kneading
Kneading relieves tension in the muscle by stretching and mobilising the muscle fibers and increases muscle flexibility allowing an increased range of movement.

Each child has the option of getting their hair, makeup and nails done before some party games - including pass the parcel where each child receives a small gift.
Then its time to head downstairs for some party food and cake.
